我知道视频会议会给外贸人带来很多恐惧和焦虑,所以,今天我们要学习一些快速而简单的方法来改善你的视频通话,尤其是当你需要同时使用你的商务英语技能时,这样你就可以有一个更顺利的开始,一个更自信的对话,以及一个真正强有力的结束。

你在电话会议前要做什么准备?

  • 检查技术方面是否正常,括检:查你的手机或电脑有相应的软件并且可以正常运行,检查你的网络已经连接好并且快速而稳定,确保设备电池满电。
  • 你可以在纸上规划出电话会议的内容,并写下所有你要讲的重要内容。你要觉得自己准备好参与。
  • 提醒自己也要做一个有礼貌的、专心的听众。你可以准备一张纸,把别人说的内容记下来。录下通话内容确实是个好主意,但在这样做之前,你应该征得同意。
  • 即使你们不是面对面的交流,眼神接触仍然是超级重要的。你需要看着摄像机,让对方感觉到你正在进行眼神交流。不要向下看,也不要只看对方的脸。

3 对问候语的回应

对方也可能问你上面的问题,你对这些问题的回答应该是简短、积极和切中要害的,也许两个字,比如:

4 谈论视频会议的目的

1 自我介绍

7 如何在电话会议中要求澄清问题
